Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery

  • Cost: £4.50 for Royal Mail Tracked - Free for UK orders of £50+ (See below)
  • Timeframe: 2–4 working days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent trusted courier
  • Details: Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday–Friday. Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

Express UK Delivery

  • Cost: £6.95
  • Timeframe: 1–2 working days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent
  • Details: Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Free Delivery Threshold

  • Cost: Free
  • Eligibility: Orders over £50
  • Timeframe: Standard delivery timeframes apply

International Delivery

VictoriaKate currently ships to selected international destinations.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Timeframe: 5–10 working days depending on location
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties applied by their country.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours (excluding weekends), please contact our customer support team.

  • Confirm your delivery address is correct

If offered at checkout:

  • Timeframe: Ready for collection within 1–2 working days
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
